Claims:

To process a claim, simply call the AIG 24/7 Identity Theft hotline (1-866-434-3572) and an identity theft specialist will take care of you. You will provide AIG with the INVISUS Direct Master Policy Number that all INVISUS Direct subscribers receive.

If you are a current subscriber to the INVISUS Direct service and do not have record of the INVISUS Direct Master Policy Number, please contact Customer Service at INVISUS Direct at 801-724-6211.
